Frequently asked questions

Who can join the camp?

Pre-university students aged 13 to 17 from any school. Students are grouped into small teams and supported by mentors throughout.

Does my child need coding or AI experience?

No. The 2026 theme is designed to make AI fundamentals easy and accessible. Tutorials start from the very basics — pixels, filters and how machines learn.

What does the HK$3,000 fee include?

Everything for the 3 days and 2 nights: full accommodation at CityU's MOS Student Village, all tutorials and hands-on labs, GPU computer access, the industry visit, project mentoring and an IEEE certificate. Limited subsidies are available.

Where do students stay?

Students stay two nights in City University of Hong Kong's brand-new MOS Student Village, with learning also taking place at Saint Francis University — a genuine residential university experience.
